✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Products damaged after use are not eligible

📸 Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (preferred) OR
  • Photos showing the issue

⚠️ Without proof, we may not be able to process your claim.


 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours
  2. Share order details + proof
  3. Our team will review your request
  4. If approved, we will arrange replacement

 Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders
  • In approved cases, we may offer:
    • Exchange
    • Store credit

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side → We cover delivery cost
  • If not → Customer may need to pay shipping

 Important Notes

  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery
  • Claims made after the allowed time may not be accepted
  • Gege Bear reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy
