✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged
- Products damaged after use are not eligible
📸 Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (preferred) OR
- Photos showing the issue
⚠️ Without proof, we may not be able to process your claim.
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 24–48 hours
- Share order details + proof
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, we will arrange replacement
Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders
- In approved cases, we may offer:
- Exchange
- Store credit
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side → We cover delivery cost
- If not → Customer may need to pay shipping
Important Notes
- Please check your parcel at the time of delivery
- Claims made after the allowed time may not be accepted
- Gege Bear reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy
