  • Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted for:
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong items delivered
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
  • Opened cosmetics are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
